Rennew Homes was founded by the company Managing Director Lou Ristevski in 2007.

Lou draws on his extensive experience in a large variety of entry level to high end developments including single and double storey custom homes as well as medium to large scale multi unit developments. A long standing member with the Master Builders Association of Victoria, Lou leads the team at Rennew Homes who work closely with reputable draftsman, architects, engineers, building surveyors, and other professionals to ensure the developments are delivered with the highest standards, on time and on budget.

With his passion for property and strong client focus, Lou continually implements best practice models to ensure Rennew Homes remain a preferred choice of building company.
